The VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies announced Joy Nickoloff, MBA, has joined its team as program manager. Nickoloff will be developing industry leading programs with suppliers.
Nickoloff is a recent graduate of Northwood University’s DeVos Graduate School. Her previous professional experience includes a variety of internships in the hospitality, automotive, and public policy industries. She took an accelerated path at Northwood and said that through self-discipline and motivation, she earned her BBA and MBA in just four years. Nickoloff now looks to apply her skills at VIPAR Heavy Duty and to the heavy duty aftermarket industry.
“Northwood taught me how to network and build relationships. I accepted this opportunity at VIPAR because of the people here, and I’m excited about the growth potential of the aftermarket industry. There will always be a need, and I look forward to providing a great experience for suppliers,” said Nickoloff.
