Global Parts Network, LLC (GPN) provides seamless service and support to Power Heavy Duty distributors and the VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies to satisfy the replacement parts needs of commercial vehicle operators and maintenance facilities. GPN utilizes the latest technology to create business process efficiencies and specializes in high volume, fast-moving parts to meet the needs of distributors and their end-user customers. GPN also operates a brake manufacturing production center focused on new and remanufactured brake shoes, brake shoe kits, friction material and related parts.

Founded in 1989 by a small group of independent truck parts distributors, VIPAR Heavy Duty has grown to 113 distributor companies, who operate from more than 780 locations across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Latin America. VIPAR Heavy Duty serves the needs of its distributors and supplier partners by providing value-added channel specific tools to best serve customers. In 2014, VIPAR Heavy Duty acquired Power Heavy Duty, LLC, to expand the VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies with its focus on the independent truck parts distributor.
